One key idea we explain is that oftentimes, we need to take ACTION and see results before we can feel MOTIVATED. 👀

It’s a classic catch-22: we need the motivation → to take action, but we also need to take action → to feel motivated.

Think about it this way. When you’re feeling unmotivated, it can be hard to find the energy to start a new project or even complete a small task.

BUT... once you start working on something, even if it’s just for a few minutes, you begin to see progress, and you might even get into a flow state.

As you continue to work, the progress becomes more and more visible, and suddenly, you start to feel motivated. 💯

This is because our brains are wired to respond positively to progress. 🧠👍

When we see that we’re making progress, we feel a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. This positive feedback loop helps to build momentum and keep us going.🙋‍♂️


⭐So, the next time you find yourself feeling unmotivated, try taking small actions toward your goal.

⭐Even if you don’t feel like it, push yourself to work for just a few minutes.
